Med Mal suit filed after staph infection is left untreated

Alton Memorial Hospital, Dr. John Wueller, and Dr. Christopher Cruz are being sued after they failed to treat a patient for a staph infection, resulting in his death. Medical Malpractice suit filed over infected hand

John Leatherwood was rushed to Memorial Hermann Baptist Orange Hospital two years ago when a table saw cut into his hand, causing him severe injuries. Pacemaker manufacturer sued by 14 plaintiffs

Fourteen people have filed a product liability lawsuit against the manufacturers of defibrillators and pacemakers that are said to be defective. Many of them even had to be hospitalized after experiencing complications with their pacemakers.
